That damn ankle
I was telling you guys recently about my ankle injury. Well, it's been a complete pain in the hole and now that the swelling has gone down it hurts a bit more. The pain doesn't bother me though at all to be honest. It's more the inconvenience that's head wrecking.
Simple things are tricky.
The doctor told me to keep an ankle support on it for the first two weeks, so I've been following that advise.
The thing I really miss is golf.
First world problems, I know.
I must say though I'm looking forward to getting back out on courses like these.
Physiotherapy
As I was saying the other day, I shipped a rotten tackle at the Salthill Fives and here is the aftermath.
The swelling and bruising has gone down a bit now and it's actually a lot more tender.

Give me sympathy and lots of it!
I've been a very good boy and two days post injury I started these physiotherapy exercises and I'm hopeful that I'm on the road to early recovery.
It's all about habit and I am doing these every morning without fail until I recover.
