Date morning
Sometimes it's really nice to get out for a hearty breakfast that someone else makes. It's a treat that I like to treat my wife to every few weeks if possible.
First up some tasty Cappacinos.
For me, when it comes to restaurants and cafes, it's the little things that differentiate the best from the rest.
Here the lovely chocolate art on top of our coffees was that little extra touch, which costs pretty much nothing, but looks excellent.
I tend to bring her down to Blackrock cottage in Salthill and we go for a nice walk on the Prom afterwards. Blackrock cottage is very deceptive and from the front, it looks tiny, but looks are deceptive and it's actually huge inside.

It really is a beautiful and unique spot and they did an unreal job on the refurbishment.

Here's what we had to eat.
A full Irish for me. Hearty. Delicious. Even healthy looking for a full Irish.
Pancakes for herself... She had already taken a bite though, so presentation not perfect!
