Fry Up
There are certain times when an auld fry up is the cure to all life's problems or at the very least it's a fine hangover remedy. My wife and I are were at a really good friend's wedding yesterday and the fry went on early this morning, washed down with a big wholesome mug of tae (cup of tea)
I'll let the photos do the talking here, as I'm not on for too much typing right now and want to have an early night, as I only got around 3 hours sleep last night!
I often opt for the healthier version of this breakfast and grill everything, but sometimes it's nice to fry it all up together in the pan, as in the photos below..
Truth be told too, this wasn't really a full Irish breakfast, but more like 4/5 Full Irish Breakfast, as black and white pudding were both missing from the fray.
Coco getting in on the act
Even Coco our dog got in on the fry up! I don't eat the fat on the bacon... I know, I know people say it's the best part, but I always (well 95%) cut it off and leave it on the plate or give it to the dog if we're at home. She loves it, and it's just an occasional treat for her.
Excuse the mess of shoes in the background too by the way!
