My last recipe was Garlic and Ginger infused Bacon and Prawns with country vegetables on a bed of Pasta and it was a meal for one and some of you said you'd need at least twice as much. Here is that post:
No fear of not having enough this time, as this should feed four to six people comfortably. Ok, let's get down to it, introducing...
Olive Oil
1 red Pepper
1 red onion
1 scallion
1/2 head of Brocolli
6 to 8 cherry vine tomatoes
Fuesli Pasta
Chopped fresh ginger
2/3 crushed garlic cloves
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
800grams minced Beef
Grated cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
STEP 1: Chop your red peppers down to size and put on your pasta.

STEP 2: Spray a little bit of olive oil onto a large pan or wok on a medium heat.

STEP 3: Crush the garlic cloves in a garlic press if you have one or else chop finely and add to the Wok/pan.

STEP 4: Now chop your ginger finely and add to the pan, stirring constantly so it does not stick to the pan.

STEP 5: Take your minced beef and add to your wok/pan and stir it around.

STEP 6: After about two minutes add your peppers and stir around.

STEP 8: Wait around two more minutes and then add the chopped red onion and stir well.

STEP 9: chop up your half Brocolli head and add to a microwave dish with boiling water and blast for 5 minutes or par boil for same time.

STEP 10: It's time now to add your first tin of chopped tomatoes. Simmer for three minutes.

STEP 11: Your brocolli should now be ready. Add it to the mix.

STEP 12: Time to add your scallions and tomatoes to the wok and stir around, things are starting to take shape now.

STEP 13: We have a lot of beef and vegetables in the wok now, so we need to add another tin of chopped tomatoes to make sure we have a nice saucy dish.

STEP 14: Simmer for another few minutes and we are ready to serve. Drain the pasta and put back in suacepan and spoon in some of your pasta sauce from wok and stir into pasta.

STEP 15: Time to plate it up folks.

STEP 15: The last step is to sprinkle on some cheddar and mozzarella and pour a nice glass of red wine.

Bon appetite!!
You're done! Time to tuck in and enjoy the fruit of your labours! Grab a knife and fork and away you go.

Thanks as always for stopping by everyone.
Peace Out
