We're in Spain

We're in Spain and I haven't had a chance to go to my usual supermarket yet to buy my usual breakfast supplies.

I usually make up a concoction of fruit and nuts and drown it in milk.

So time to muster!

What is available?

Cheese

Chorizo

Eggs

We can make that work

Omlette time

Whip the eggs....

Fry off the chorizo and ham after chopping them up small...

Add the 2 or 3 eggs. Balance the egg around pan and add cheese evenly.

Plate up....

Enjoy!!
