As one of our longest standing members, and someone I considered a close friend - your "silent" exit was nothing short of hurtful @traciyork. Your issues with "said" member are exactly that - your issues - something the two of you should have addressed like adults - but that never happened. However, I would like to add that within hours of your "departure" you clearly voiced your distaste at the fact that all PHC members were getting equal upvote percentages and that someone who is a more "established" member, such as yourself - deserved more.
I have one objective running PHC and that is to get us as far ahead, as quickly as I can. Sometimes, this requires sacrifice from all - which I explained to you in detail directly. I will not waver from that path because if that is not my primary interest, then of what use am I as a community head?
I do realise that none of the above is of any consequence now, but for the point of clarification I thought I would drop by and have my say.
There were MANY other ways in which you could have approached this - one's in which friendships were left in tact - but each to their own.
All the best to you on your new Steem journey Traci.
