My friend asked me if I wanted again some of the mudfish that he gave me the last time. Without hesitation I just said yes, for one thing it is food and I do like it but one issue again is my appetite to eat it. That fish might have been one of my favorites but the factor that prevents me from ever having to enjoy it was my appetite.

The last time that he gave me was three pieces, two of which are very large mudfishes that only myself ate. My parents are just making a fuss about preparing and eating it while my mother is not eating it because she doesn't like it while my father just lets me solely eat it myself and because of the size of the fish I wasn't able to eat it in one sitting.

I could eat a lot of rice before when there is a broiled mudfish or snakehead fish is served, it is because of the teste and texture of that fish when it is cooked particularly when broiled over hot coals. I love eating its liver which has an earthy taste unto it plus the stomach and intestines if they are well-cooked.

But now it is different because I couldn't enjoy even delicious foods anymore due to my drugs that I am taking which is like I am having a chemotherapy because of its anorexic side-effects and nausea that had been affecting my whole life all these more than two years already.

I just hope that soon I can be able to return to my normal appetite, that would just happen if I get sufficient fund for pre and post operative expenses about my supposed Parathyroidectomy. For now it is still not clear about what the future holds about what I wanted to happen in my life but I am determined to keep my goals and to stay in the game until all my resources are spent or I am no more.

Those fish are so tiny. Do they taste muddy?! Nothing a bit of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon will fix
