Once again I have survived my dialysis today without having my blood pressure plummeting like a meteor thanks to the Caffeine that I was taking as it helps me with stabilizing my blood pressure. I am adequately drawn out with enough water too and a sign is that my breathing once again had some ease and it got my skin wrinkled in the process, another sign that I have no more extra water in my system. One sign is that I am also a bit hoarse with my voice and my eardrums collapsing inside my head although it is not that much of a concern.
Now I am more comfortable and I just asked my mother to give me some hot water in a plastic bag so that I could use it to relieve some of my skin itchiness. The weather today is too dry that it makes my skin dry as well and it makes it itch a bit. It is just nice that I have a way to relieve it with the hot water in a plastic bag technique which I would place inside a thin cloth and that I would pat on my affected skin with itchiness.
The feeling was wonderful and your eyes would roll-out when the itchiness slowly transforms into a pleasurable experience until it gets painful and at that point you would take it off to relocate the hot compress into other itchy skin part then you will get a lasting relief after that.
It is better than the unsanitary way of scratching which might lead to an infection. I just had found that technique years ago when my Phosphorus levels are too high in my body which I have no clue that it was the cause, I had a relief after using that method but with a use of a rubber hot compress.
Later I had found out that it was a high in phosphorus levels that causes skin itchiness in my case so I never drank Colas again although I am still eating and drinking other phosphate/phosphorus-rich foods because I also have no idea about that issue.
Anyway I do thank this glorious day again that I am able to bridge my life with a satisfactory dialysis treatment. The Caffeine it seems was cleaned-out substantially as well because I can't feel any heart overstimulation although I know that I am still stimulated nonetheless but I am confident that I will be able to sleep tonight.
I also took some gabapentin just to counter the stimulant and waking effect of the Caffeine and replace it with the relaxing and calming effect of the Gabapentin which I am by the way only taking twice a week, it is adequate enough for me to take it that way, just enough to make me sleep and get a good relaxation in my brain and body and cause me a good sense of well-being.
