Hello actifit friends. How are you all? Today I want to share my activities today.
Coincidentally, today my work is not too busy, so I took the time to pick up my child from school. Of course, as much as possible, I want to engrave a memory in my child's mind about his time with me. I try and learn to be a good father figure for my child.
After taking my child home, accompany him to eat and take a nap. Then I prepared myself to go to the gym center. Of course my friends were waiting there, because we had previously arranged a schedule to practice together.
Today is chest muscle training, for some reason today I seem to have lost strength in lifting weights. Is it because I'm on a diet program and reducing carbohydrates.
Do you guys have opinions and experiences like what I have experienced? If you have friends, you can share their experiences in the comments column.
My weight training today took too long, about 30 minutes and then it was over. I went back home and played with my child again..
