My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2023

For almost the last month I have been on a carbohydrate diet, my goal is to get rid of my bloated stomach. Ha ha ha..

Even though my body looks thin, before the diet, I always had problems with my pot belly.

I started a diet by not eating rice at night, replacing it with meat and fruit only. The result is that over the past 3 weeks my weight has started to drop 4 kg and my stomach has started to become flat. Even in the third week, my stomach muscles are starting to show.

Seeing the results is really satisfying for me who does it with full challenges. Yes, it's a challenge for me, because every day I have to accompany my daughter to dinner. Every day I have to look at my daughter's food menu while holding back the urge to eat. It's a really hard thing to do even though it seems easy to say.

Now I'm in the last week of my diet program, hopefully I can survive. Ha ha ha.

Do any readers have any experience or suggestions for me to carry out my diet program? I hope friends can share your experiences in the comments section too.

Carb diet is hard, I tried it once and couldn't continue because I am a rice lover. I can see good results on your journey. I started that diet to reduce my belly but I guess it's not for me, at least for now.
