I want to write my daily activities today.
After finishing the workout, I went home and cleaned the wild grass that was growing in the front yard of my house.
Over the last month the grass has grown very thick, due to the continuous rain. Today I took the time to clean it. Apart from being unsightly, the large amount of grass that grows tall in front of the house often causes lots of mosquitoes and ants around my house.
And we realize that mosquitoes often also carry disease for us. For this reason, it is important to keep the environment around us clean.
Whether we realize it or not, environmental cleanliness is also part of the process of
creating a healthy lifestyle for us.
Oh yes, this is a photo taken by my daughter, she always takes part in helping every time I clean my home environment. Ha ha ha..
