A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
A sharp rise in the pressure brings the good weather back to Naples and the smog immediately appropriates the sky staining the color of dawn conspicuously.
The weather gets even better during the morning and a couple of Air Force interceptors take the opportunity to make loud exercises on our head this morning.
In the late afternoon I take the bus and metro to reach the recently renovated Piazza Duomo metro station in the center of Naples.
The train leads to exit in the central Piazza Nicola Amore feature to be able to have at its corners 4 very elegant twins building.
Two of these have just been renovated and the other two will be soon.
Going up Corso Umberto II, on the right, each building has its own historical characteristic.
This is another historic artery of the city built by the Piedmontese dynasty in the 19th century.
This is the University Frederick II (Swabia). Name that emphasizes the ancient origin of the school building to the 13th century.
In Piazza Borsa or Piazza Giovanni Bovio, however, there is a gigantic statue of Vittorio Emanuele II on horseback that gigantic between the monumental buildings of the wide open in the center of the course which is another half of the shopping of the capital of Campania.
The short tour in the heart of the center of Naples leads me to go up via Roma and get along the central post office that stands in a more modern building.
In front there is Via Medina that leads to the Town Hall Square where there is the Castel dell'Ovo that I showed you in one of the previous iamalivechallenge.
Finally I arrive at the Metro 1 station in Toledo which is also a small masterpiece of contemporary art.
As you descend into the bowels of the earth you find yourself under a huge hole that changes color depending on where you look at it.
And here I am back home celebrating my iamalivechallenge number 173. A short but intense stage walking almost running and alive.
