hello actifit friends, let me introduce myself, Adrian Leonardi, from Indonesia, I want to tell you about how I changed myself, initially I weighed 120KG and now I weigh 94KG.
I got a lot of motivation and I heard from sports activists but it didn't change my mindset towards sports and health, until I met someone who really cared about my health.
in March 2023 I started GYM until now I have been GYM for about 4 months and the results you can see in the photo below, the difference is 120 KG vs 94 KG! hahahah
