Hello active people, today I will share a little about how you can improve the sport of weight lifting! Here are some tips from me that might make it easier for you as a gym beginner. Take the positive, throw away the negative. I will discuss one of my favorite exercises at the gym, namely lifting weights.

From home, prepare your intentions. Yes, you just need the intention to come to the gym. The rest bring towels, a change of clothes or trousers, shoes and drinking water. Don't be shy cat if you don't understand how to use a tool. Ask members or instructors there. Not all people have strong hearts, maybe Hello Kitty. You ask nicely, they answer and explain well too.

Take light loads. Don't force too much, then immediately lift heavy weights. You need to adapt the correct technique first.
You need to warm up. Warm up enough so that your muscles don't get injured. Do you only want to be a daily member? Daily member fees will be more expensive if calculated as a whole. If you really want to be a regular member, it's better if you become a monthly or even yearly member.

Forget the dream that once you go to the gym, your body will immediately have muscles and a six pack. You need a process.
Are you a beginner and only a few weeks or months old? No need to buy supplements. You only need progressive training techniques, increasing the number of repetitions and lifting weights
You don't need to buy strange supplements. If your financial condition is tight, you don't need to buy various useless supplements.

If you are rich enough, you can use supplements that are scientifically proven such as whey protein, ZMA, creatine, omega 3 (EPA DHA), fish oil, vitamin D3, and black coffee without sugar as a substitute for pre-workout.Supplements without disciplined exercise and diet are useless.

Don't take selfies before you run out of energy or end your training session. Do you intend to show off or do you want to exercise?You don't need to feel inferior as a beginner. The most powerful and muscular person in the gym was also a nerd when he first joined.

Don't follow the training styles of celebrities or professional athletes. If you are still a beginner, basic training will really help you.For women, don't be afraid of having big muscles. Men who lift weights regularly find it very difficult to gain muscle. Your testosterone content will have a big influence. thank you and good luck trying !
