Today I experienced many things and I learned many things in my daily life. Today's activity I did live sales again, on the second day I already understood a little about how we sell online. Thank you customers who bought today, there were sales of 922 thousand rupiah during the day and at night there were sales of 291 thousand rupiah.

My other activities are as usual, I go to the gym, every day. You can keep working hard but don't forget to keep up the enthusiasm for exercise The benefits of exercise are many, I have experienced them now. When we exercise properly we are healthier and happier, we don't get tired or tired easily if we work hard. The usual effect of fatigue is that our bodies have too much sugar, one of the functions of exercise is to burn excess sugar in the body and burn fat in the body which is converted into energy.

Apart from the gym, I can give you suggestions for regular exercise that you can do at home, such as.

Jogging : In the morning before going to work or in the evening after work you can do this light exercise. Jogging can be done around the complex or even the office environment.
