I just finished a 7.0km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
Fast path vs slow path...
Different people run with different speed.
I am not sure but as I know the speed depends on your goals.
The running speed impacts the result.
If you want to burn the calories you need to run slower.
But I am not sure.
