I learned a lot about the history and different types of doughnuts. I agree that doughnuts baked by a professional taste better than those I make at home. I think it's because they have the right equipment and know-how to make the doughnuts moist and flavorful.

Hello @malos10. Thanks so much for your continued support of my work. I appreciate it and your kind words. Yes, I could never make doughnuts at home taste like the professional bakers. However, I did learn that prepared pancake batter is the next best thing to having them taste fluffy. And I don't have a round contraption to form the ring.
