RE: Analysis of Splinterlands Being Featured by Ubisoft + Statistics & Market Discussion of Splinterlands Reward Cards That Are About To Go Out of Print

in LeoFinance4 years ago

I was very encouraged by that Ubisoft announcement, that's great marketing.

I'm not convinced the list prices of Alphas are their real value - No one wants my Gold Foil Alpha Flesh Golem - it's been up there for a month, unsold.

And a lot of the alphas are creeping in value towards the Betas.

I think most people want playable cards. There's a very limited old-school market for those Alphas.

My plan is to sell the common ones I've but to hold onto any rares or epics and golds.

I've been buying up those reward cards myself, you got a good price on that Kraken!

Also Orbs - there's not that long until they've all sold out!

There isn't much liquidity in the markets. Even with all the STEEM-Engine and HIVE-Engine trades combined, I don't think we have 20K USD volume per day.

I have been opening a few of them every week. The Untamed airdrop chances have me more focused on buying them.

True about the volumes.

The Orbs don't count towards the airdrops, only the Betas.

You may as well buy the later with an alt account, aim for that second set of 400 to guarantee another legendary!
