Statistically speaking, more negative, lazy people in the work force will get promoted wayy ahead of you and and you are also more likely to get in trouble for doing the tiniest thing wrong, while they get away with really bad things all day everyday all of the time.

Believe me? Cause they've been the biggest statistics that I have experienced in my working life...😡

        General rule of thumb for me: If there is no clear sign of possibility for growth or a clear negative vibe, cut off that work relationship within 2 years. Not always that easy in though economies where you need the money though.
