I've been thinking about Causality this week... Is it the fault of POB Word of the Week. Maybe not. Why actually, unfortunately I've been blessed cursed with the habit of brooding and re-chewing and regurgitating the past and all my history and when it's not on its own it seems like these things come to me I know there from where. But that doesn't matter, what matters is that this week, I've been thinking about causality, and I've reinforced that, whether for magical, mystical, cosmic reasons or for simplistic and logical reasons (the classic argument: Cause and Effect), my life is a succession of incredibly complex and bizarre things that, thanks to its often-suffering, often amusing, often absurd tangle led me to this very present moment, which is, at the very least, the best of the best I could compose as an author. from my own story. I mean, there's still a turnaround where I'm going to become a millionaire and things are going to get a little easier at least on material levels, but for now I'm taking it anyway.
What if I hadn't fallen off my bike after a long trail that afternoon in 2010? Would anything have changed? I don't know, I just used this example because it was one of the oldest photos I found on my computer. This skinned was nothing, I just didn't post the state that was at hand so as not to make the post NSFW
Today, after taking quite a beating from the journey of life itself, I understand that every hole we fall into is often necessary in order to shape future directions. Over the years I've learned that that technique of "Trust and follow, go blindfolded. Then it will all make sense" is much more logical and rational than it sounds. It is not a trust in a specific God or in a caring cosmos, but in the very nature of life that tends to find the best answer to any problem presented. Cause and effect govern physical and non-physical existence. And I can consider myself proof of that right now, because a few years ago I was at a stage like this and now looking at everything I've achieved and the paths I've found thanks to what I had to go through just proves to me that this mechanics of causality never fails.
If I hadn't taken LSD that morning in 2006 with some friends on a farm and had a transcendental experience that took me out of my certainties based on atheism, would I be the same person today? I don't know, but I don't think so.
In this post I decided to talk about causality in a more individual way (but which encompasses all of humanity), and this is another fundamental point to be commented on, at least briefly. When we finally realize that our every action provokes a reaction in the world (in practical terms even), we begin to think better of some ways of acting and reacting. I confess that I'm not racking my brain with this these days, because I've done it for too long, but when it comes to "the other" I learned early on that we need to be careful, sensitive, helpful and empathetic whenever possible, because every act is performed generates an effect. Action generates reaction. And no matter how cliché it may be, it is here to ask: -Are there situations or acts of yours that you regret having done because you know that they generated negative results for other people? But wearing the stoic soul I say to you: It's no use regretting any shit you've done. If that corrected you, great, just don't repeat the mistake. Life that follows, the question that will remain is: -What will be your next move? And how will this resonate on your board?

Estive pensando em Causalidade essa semana... Será que é culpa do POB Word of the Week.
