Lazada has been pretty friendly to me... and on the other hand, Shopee isn't very friendly. haha I guess it really depends on the area as well. I guess there is a Lazada warehouse in my city, so it's quite convenient. :)

        yes, of course, it's very easy for you to check the goods if something goes wrong. But in Indonesia, I don't really use Lazada, I prefer coffee and also Tokopedia because these two e-commerce are my choices so far
