Even more insane is I knew a guy who would "overfill" disposable butane cartridges for an extra 300 riel (8 cents). The extra gas lasted a bit longer, but all you have to do is drop the canister and you have an instant house rocket. There is no need to overfill something that is meant to be used once and never again.
