“God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth,” which is a phrase from 1 Timothy 2:4. God may or may not grant them to repent and believe. It’s a gift of sovereign grace.

I believe He gives us all free will. Sure He knows who is lost and saved, but I just can't wrap my head around that Calvanist viewing of scripture. I know that's a can of worms lol But if God is love (1 john 4:8), than free will is the purest and truest form of love.
