Thanks! I agree about the cropping. I should have stepped out in the road but it was sub-freezing and I was in my robe. lol. I loaded them from my phone and I don't really edit there too much. Old eyes and my phone zoom didn't give me quite what I was going for. :)
So pretty. This definitely feels like a sunrise rather than sunset... It might be the slight haze that points to morning mist... Its interesting how we're wired to sense these slight differences in color, atmosphere, shadow intensity that allows us to tell time apart.

It was sub-freezing this morning. About 30 deg. F No snow though. What you are seeing is a white covering to protect the new plants at this mini farm.
Also you can see the view toward the sunset has a few trees in the way. Also with the longer days might be past my bedtime. Lol

Today is the 46th anniversary of the eruption of Mt St Helens in Washington state. Here's a couple shots my dad took while driving around that day. We lived about 20 miles away from the summit. Also added an old post I did last year. :)

We were lucky most of the ash went to the east during the main eruption. I can't imagine what it would have been like to have all that coming right at us. Terrifying comes to mind. :)

🤗 thanks. My oldest was sick a week or so ago. I thought Micah and I was in the clear but apparently not. Micah's nose is runny. I noticed yesterday he wasn't as active as he normally is. Takes a lot to keep him down. He's always on the go😍

It seems that since I've started trying to promote more #engagement we've only gotten worse. Fact, if you interact more, more interact with you. If #microblogging on Hive is just a big empty void, it won't be a way to #onboard new users, period! 
I think it's a question of what people think the value of their interaction should be. I recently read a lot, like a lot, but barely comment, because if my comment doesn't add much value, I don't think it's worth it. Maybe I should just start commenting more. 🙃

An undisciplined and irresponsible boy threw himself at me as he came hurtling down a hill and crashed into me from behind.
I was thrown off my bike and the rear wheel lost four spokes. It got stuck... so I rode back in terrible condition.

We lost around $250 in value as a result of the #hiveengine hack. Mainly from the lost peg for our position in the SWAP.BTC/SWAP.ETH pool.
Crazy episode with that hack. I don't know the full extent, but it sounds absolutely insane with what I've heard

Looks like H.E. had a few hundred thousand of assets stolen.
The approximate damage to the ecosystem is 85 Eth, 58 BNB, 33k Pol, and 257 Solana. Underlying tokens like GIFU, USDT, BUSD and others have been drained as well. All EVM gateway processes have been shut down.
Yeah, I saw that.. but I'm more interested in knowing how it got hacked in the first place. What got hacked? A simple rule is: don't keep your keys (or seed phrase) online. I have a feeling that tip had slipped their mind.
