I tried a few minutes of DB Sparking Zero and I have divided feelings. But certainly one thing I can't deny is how gorgeous the animations look. I fell in love with this Genkidama. When I finish Star Wars I'll probably spend a little more time on this game.
I never got into these games growing up. But I had a best friend who played them religiously and he always had gigantic blisters right below his thumb from spinning the joystick so much. is that still a thing?
Same here, must have missed the era where this was wild? I was never into the series as well? Like I do fancy DBZ but not on that scale.
Between games like this Guitar Hero, and others, we used go through physical pain just to be good at a game.

There’s a lot of that but still some good games out there, maybe not quite as much of a workout anymore though 😆 and my god is there a lot of sifting through absolute garbage.

That's it for me this #splinterlands season, it's been much harder than last season, I wasn't able to get out of gold 1 this time, also I've earned about 30k less glint with a win rate of only 47.4% but it was fun!
I came close to reaching Gold II today so many times but I kept getting paired against stronger opponents 😅

I really can't understand why. I remember why I chose to be here and not there like many of us and I'm continuing to think the "Hiverse" is my favorite place. Here in Italy we use to say "sometimes it's better to be just few ones, but good few ones." 😊
If you look at their trending a few people make all the money and the rest get crumbs. It's totally corrupted. Hive is not perfect, but we have a real community.
Hmm, I would love to see that @dalz makes a comparison of the top earners on Hive vs. Steem. Also on Hive always the same whales get the majority and the rest gets crumbs. It lies in the nature of the stake-based earnings, I get it, but it is not where it should be.
Especially the content curation is too much on auto-pilot and mutual whale voting.
I think there is a better spread of rewards here. Of course some benefit from top earnings on every post, but others have a chance. Having more people with a decent stake will improve matters.
There are some major interfaces missing in that comparison including leo and ecency.
The worst part about that is almost NOTHING has changed on Steemit.com. I haven't kept up at all with whether there are even apps using Steem like Hive has. Even so, we know Mr. Sun has manipulated numbers before and I'd expect that's happening here as well.
Does he even care about it? I think the Korean traders manipulate the price. It should have crashed by now.
I don't know, but anything that he owns will benefit him for being popular. Steem is still sitting at about $.19, but it's part of his bigger baby, TRX, so he still has to care to some degree.
Ya, that is wild to see. We need to get more to come to check out our sites as I feel they are better than steemit.
It's from here. It is showing numbers, but can be switched to percentage of the total. I don't know how they collect the data, but I guess you have your own stats on visitors. peakd seems to do best out of the Hive social sites.

Ah, man. You've been so active og Hive lately and now we're going to lose you again.
It's okay I'll just post 60 snaps per second so people can scroll through my gameplay
I also like how GOG has been like this from the start. I've been buying more and more games on their service through the years. Feels a lot better even if you might sometimes pay a bit more and their catalog isn't as extensive as Steam.
The thing is, it'll never be as extensive as Steam. A lot of publishers want DRM in their games, and while that's fair. The fact GOG doesn't have DRM is what makes it an amazing store.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare - PS3
I can't get enough of this game. I went in to eat an enemy and it turned out I was surrounded hahahaha at least I eliminated one.
If this for PS3 and is still online, I always enter and play some games. They are chaotic games I spend great in the game
PS3 is the one SONY console I skipped. (I didn't get a PS5 either, but I'm out of the console ecosystem by now.)
I want to buy the PS4, I hope I have the opportunity someday, I have the PS1 and PS3. I never had the PS2 but I did get to play on it at a friend's house. With PS it was the console I grew up with.
I had a similar situation for PS2, I never had one for me, but I got to play it in my cousins' house for 2 years, I consider myself a PS2 player. Sadly they sold it. Emulation became the next best thing.

I know Ms. A. the youth services librarian probably still has a massive stash of origami paper, and we have books aplenty on that craft.
I'll give it some thought, assuming I decide to stay through 2025.

My wife and I went to a newish Indian Restaurant in Orlando that we hadn't eaten at until today and we started off with these beauties 😋 Samosas our one of our favorites.

Today I learned about Hunger Stones. They are used to signal low water levels and drought conditions.
I have been the biggest proponent of a Patreon style system for many years. But Hive simply doesn't have a decentralized option for encryption or anyone working on one. So if we attempted it there would be yet another centralized feature.

I am more of an NFL head myself. Watching the NFL is like a religion for me. It's tough to put too much time into College ball but I'll sneak in some games. Not a rabid fan of any.
i watch a decent chunk of one NFL game each year... it's usually this really popular one in March. haha

I'm playing Final Fantasy VII Modded recently, (I just finished Disk 2,) and I love what New Threat 2.0 Mod has to offer. The best thing is that you can save Aerith, and the game still makes sense after it.
One of the best of the series. I like the DQ series more than the FF though.
Have the Steam version of FF7 and:
- Install 7th Heaven's Mod: https://7thheaven.rocks/
- Install New Threat Mod (1.5 or 2.0, I hear you can do it on both versions, but I only tried 2.0)
- Play until Aerith's iconic scene.
- In NT MOd, the Boss will revive Aerith Mid-battle.

Did you know that hippos sleep submerged in water? I took this Pic in the Zoo the other day and 2 out of 3 were sleeping holding their breaths for long periods with the 3rd having it's nostrils out of the water
A very good gift. It's a great hordes game but with the 100% style of the Persona saga. Hopefully you get some haha, it's a game worth playing.

Hmm not sure what you mean, people providing liquidity are getting some rewards so that people who want to sell or buy don't affect the price of it too much in one go. That said we may have to adjust the rewards a bit more come next reward window since its more mature now
I think to formulate the question wrong, sorry. Rephrasing: For example, today in Splinter, keeping an amount in the swap.hive/sps pool guarantees sps within the game. Think about zing pool not only earning zing, but access something different in game.
