Recently I've been looking for ways to avoid not just added sugar, but most ultra processed food. I found Google AI surprisingly helpful at giving me low processed suggestions within my budget. But nothing beats reading the label.

P.S. Actually, avoiding the labels by making your own meals from scratch beats reading them. But I'm struggling to change the habits of a lifetime. So any tips on meals beyond breakfast are welcome.
