That is when they are most dangerous! I am craving this now really. I smelt some bananas in the kitchen and my stomach wanted that loaf/cake!

Give it a go one of the days and post how you got on, knowing you your photos will look like they came straight out of a cookery book!

Thanks buddy! I really appreciate the compliment. Yeah, I guess I need to do some experiments where I ferment some flour and use it in the banana loaf. Fermented sourdough banana loaf!
