Wow, that was a great story! I really enjoyed reading about Eddie and his struggles as a food truck owner. It was clear that he was passionate about his business, but he also made some mistakes along the way. I'm glad that he was able to overcome the challenges he faced and that he's still in business.

Careful planning and attention to details are a must for survival in the business. I was happy the way the story turned out in that his business wasn't damaged. Now he can plan more careful for the future and not risk his business based upon the actions of others. Sometimes it doesn't come to fruition.
