Awesome, I am waiting to move out o the country side and begin a homestead in Nicaragua. Currently, the political climate there is a bit troubling which should bring prices down for quintas (small farm) in the rural areas. I am hoping for 2+ acres but we will see what comes are way. Nothing better than fresh from your own land.
