WednesdayWalk: my Actifit Activity on October 9th

Hello Guys!

Today I would to submit you my entry for the #wednesdaywalk initiative. Substantially, you have to publish a photos serie took in a walking time. Not important the duration: 10 minutes Walking? Not more? No problem! You're welcome in the initiative. Publish your photos and share your Walking experience.

Today I utilize my actifit report card as an entry for this initiative.

This morning such the all others I went on my bike in the industrial zone of my city to help the workers of a screen print. I print some t-shirt thanks to a Digital Print Machine.

I had lunch at home with a Pumpkins Risotto. Then I started my #wednesdaywalk Activity, returning to the screen print.

I started from my home and I took the shots in this post in the firsts 800 meters. I immediately immortalized a plant and a flowers that I saw on my route.

Not far away from my home there Is an entrance to the Lungofrigido Walk, a green zone where there are some kilometers path. I took here the remaining photo.

My activity finished when I arrived in the screen print. At the afternoon's end, I would like to walk back to home but the weather didn't let me it. I returned with my dad on the car.

Now I am waiting for the dinner: Roast Guinea fowl.

A great step count and a good walk with cool photos and your right i do not enforce any distance or time or enforce anything for that matter i have guidelines and no rules :)

Some so post on others days but most do their weekly Wednesday walk post on a Wednesday that’s my busy day visiting them all 👍🙂
