Hey Fleur. Tell him to order some MMS (chlorine dioxide) online and begin some maintenance doses (3 to 6 activates drops with water) before bed every night. This will keep immune system strong. On arrival he could begin the starting procedure and continue taking during his stay. Then no risk of getting sick in my opinion.
