RE: Why eating a healthy (zero added sugar) breakfast is a great start to your day

Ya man, I must give the overnight outs a go. I often use flaxseed and chia seeds, but oats defo a good idea to fill out the bowl.

You're 100% right about making things from scratch and lots of our dinners are from scratch, with the only tin or packet going in tinned tomatoes and a stock cube. The rest is meat, tonnes of vegetables and herbs and spices...

Sort:

Nothing wrong with tins if its just food and water. Maybe a little bit of salt. But not sodium metabisulphite. I eat a lot of frozen veg for convenience and avoiding waste.

Ref sodium metabisulphite, nothing like adding a bit of poison to our food!! Absolute scum of the earth Big Food companies. Money money money, that's all that matters to these people..

Yeah, I used to think that. But it's really the millions who want to eat cheap shit and don't care about what it does to them. Until it's too late.

Oh dear, what started as a delicious healthy breakfast has turned into a rant! Let's get back to good food...

Yesterday's lunch
