


Pork dish for cheat day! This is deep fried pork knuckles that's locally known as crispy pata. An easy Filipino dish that's surely high in cholesterol because of pork fat and oil used in deep frying it. We don't eat this often that's why I call today a cheat day. I need to burn the fats I get from this meal later or tomorrow, gotta run or hit the gym. Remember to balance everything and make sure to eat more healthy food than high cholesterol diet such as this.
