I no longer count the days we are on lockdown or community quarantine. I am just enjoying cooking and serving good food to my familylike this chicken dish with pineapple sauce. I get to go out for an hour to purchase goods and that's it. It's sad to see a different world out there but we cannot do much, we are at war with an enemy we cannot see. I am happy somehow, we get to spend a lot of time with family and experience many things together in this tough time. These are tales we can tell the grandkids.
