This dish is called Sinigang in Filipino. It has a sour and savoury soup that we love. We have versions for pork and fish. Today, we bought salmon so we have this salmon sinigang. I'm cooking healthy lately to shoo bad viruses away. Even if we don't want to, this Covid has got us all scared and paranoid. Fish and veggies plus a cup of rice for me this lunch to get me through this day. Life is getting tougher each day that passes in this lockdown. I'm hoping this is over soon and we will be back to normal.
