Today, I decided to try cooking something I have never done before. It's Pork Hamonado but it's my version. I know how pork hamonado tastes and I have an idea how it's made but I tried to make it in a simpler way. No YouTube tutorial, no recipe book. I just relied on my instinct. I am cooking this for my brother who just visited us from the UK and misses Filipino food. He loves it and appreciates how I was able to pull off a homemade Pork Hamonado. I was nervous actually, if I did not go as planned, it would have been a waste. Now, it looks like this will sell out with the fam. I might do this again soonest. Ciao!
