Morning has broken! The flower in this picture is outside of a restaurant in Everson. I park my car on workdays on a side street on the eastern side of the building. They have beautiful flowers every year and this year is no different. I unfortunately don’t have a picture of the building, but suffice it to say the flowers are everywhere! The morning light gave a certain color to the flower. You’ll see the afternoon look here in a bit.
Well-today was the day of appointments and zero backup help for me. I was ready! I had all my patient files ready along with all of their insurance and verifications. The day did actually go smoothly and with one exception due to a software issue, I got all of the day’s work done! 😁 I even began gathering insurance for next week’s Wednesday appointments! Nice! 😎
We did have one ‘no show’ but the funny thing was that his appointment was at 2:30. He didn’t show. He called me and said he’d forgotten what time his appointment was around 3:00, and I told him he’d missed it, but offered for him to come in at 4:00 as there was an opening. He said he’d be here. Well, 😏 4:00 came and went with no patient! Around 4:40, the doc called it a day and left. I do hope the gentleman is okay as he is over 80 years old. I’ve never had a patient ‘no show’ twice on the same day before!
Earlier in the day, I had a young patient who actually conversed with me about how he’s going to high school this year and is nervous about it. He’s on the football team so that makes him twice as nervous! He was ever so polite-not like other kids I’ve run into in this job. It was refreshing!
Anyway, the day is done and so am I! Enjoy the ‘evening’ color of the flower and more of its counterparts on the east side of the building!
That’s gonna be it for today. Tomorrow’s Friday Eve, and I’m already looking forward to the end of the day! Take care and enjoy the rest of your day wherever you are! 🙏🌏🙏

NKJV Ephesians 2:14-18
For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.
