RE: Saying Your Thankful Versus Being Thankful (A Thanksgiving Story)

in #thankful4 years ago

I'm thankful everyone is alright. Sometimes symptoms show up months latter, but I'm praying good health according to the will of God.

It's frightening being involved in an accident, all the "what ifs" start pouring into our minds. It does cause us to reflect and be grateful for what we have because it can be gone in an instant. One thing that will never be gone is the Most High God, who is eternal and long-suffering and kind and Holy.

Every day is Thanksgiving, towards the God who is merciful and His Son who is our Righteousness. Blessed be His Holy Name.

You are correct to say that God is good, and if we only understood His mercies show towards us every day, perhaps we can have a glimpse into how good He actually is!
