We didn't manage to pre-sell 1500 rounds @stayouroftherz, so the first 500 rounds were made (1-500) then the mint stamped the remaining 277 as individual numbers at an extra cost of $1. This was the I ky way we could ensure the people that wanted matching number from the previous year got what they wanted.
Eg - if you had the number 1499 from 2017 and 2018 and you wanted that number from 2019, then by paying the extra $1 you guaranteed to get it even though 1499 rounds weren't made. Does that make sense?
