Some months back when I was curating for @ocd, I remember @acidyo mentioning this game, he was rather excited about it and stated it may be a good idea to obtain some GU packs.
Now I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first and didn't acquire any packs right away, but as time progressed and more and more news started dropping about the game, it became clear to me that he was on point with this one.
About a week ago I was watching @themarkymark live stream Gods Unchained on
@threespeak and I thought "wow this game is pretty bad ass looking." I said hello and we chatted a little on it. He showed me the basics of the game, and also suggested that if I'm to partake I should get involved with the OCD Gods Unchained team. Well of course, those are my peeps over there so I did just that!
The most exciting article I've read yet is Immutable Raises $15 million for Gods Unchained. In the article they give a little bit of a road map thus far, as well as mentioning that they've on-boarded the former Game Director of Magic The Gathering Arena, Chris Clay..
Are you guys and gals getting the picture yet? This is HUGE! Not only for a collectible card trading game, but for crypto as a whole.
Here's the rarest card I've obtained yet:
Yup, I have the Genesis edition Diamond Malfunctioning Servitor. There are only 16 of them. I don't think it's the greatest card, but collectors don't always care about the card function. In terms of rarity, this is very rare.
