IS Bilpcoin Network just another tribe? I'm so seriously confused with current amount of tribes.
My impression so far is that people are using all tags they can come up with, just to get some extra rewards (different SE tokens). I wonder how many people do actually visit tribe websites.

They are a new tribe looking to raise the bar for support standards. Recent advancements suggest they are looking to support artists to the fullest.
They are still new and the admin team is quite busy, but I do think we are going to see some great things happen.
