Of all the people that you need to be kind to, you are most probably least kind to yourself. You should go easy on yourself. Everyone needs a strong sense of self. It is our base of operations for everything that we do in life.
Whatever you do today, let it be enough. Just do the best that you can with what you have, with what you know. As long as you did your best, you should be happy and contented.
