I love gardening and planting flowers but I don’t do it anymore as I’m on the Steem blockchain all day long! Lol!!! I have to make myself leave just to take a walk to get my Fitbit 10k steps haha! Tell your Mom about a Splinterlands she may love it! If interested I will set her up with a free starter set! You should tell her she can get upvotes from great posts like $4 - $8 a post depending on quality. Some people get that a few times a week. It is time consuming but it’s worth it! get your fitbit steps and combine them with @actifit, that way you are doing activity on steem as well, another integration right there. getting paid to walk

My mum is very old school though. She created a new Facebook account every time she forgets her password and needs my help for some basic things, splinterlands might be a stretch for her. I'd just be happy if she joins a community that aligns with her.
I've run into corusucate a couple of times as well. I sent a link of your post to my girlfriend as well. She keeps whining to me how Steem is difficult to navigate and stuff, and that the reason I can handle it is because I'm into techy stuff.
