I don't know if people are really going to grow old with age, because nothing is absolute, because there are many uncertainties in people's aging. But one thing I'm sure is that as you get older, your body becomes inflexible, like a dying tree.

Faced with the laws of nature, all humans can do is to make themselves strong enough to be flexible even when they are very old.

At present, the only feasible way is not to take some special medicines, but to persist in sports every day, constantly remind the body not to grow old, keep the body young, keep agile.

Sports is very simple, it only needs you to follow the standard movements required by the sports. Then day after day, year after year, the body becomes very strong, which is certain.

I wasn't very fit last year, so I needed more rest, but more importantly, I should do some sports every day. It's the only way I think it's possible to find me through daily physical activity to enhance my immunity and prevent pain.

I have run, basketball, push-ups, sit-ups, squats. But the most suitable sport for me is squatting under heavy load, which is a sport that can achieve sports effect in a short time.

I set myself a certain amount of exercise - 200 squats a day, then need to group, and try not to stop for a long time in the middle. I have been squatting heavily for three months. The effect of the exercise is obvious. It's great.

People need to do something beneficial to their physical and mental health while they are alive. Sports is one of them. It's much better to have sports every day than to go out at night. Some people stay in bars and Internet cafes at night.

They have forgotten their health, their bodies have been emptied by night, but they do not know that they are getting closer to death.

To be honest with sports every day is to ensure that we can live longer, that we can have a good body to do more meaningful things in our limited time, and that we can live a better life.

And the happiest thing I do every day is to stick to sports.

Love life, love sports.

我不知道人是否都真的一定会随着年龄的增大而慢慢变老,因为没有什么是绝对的,因为人的老年化存在着很多的不确定性。但是有一点我可以肯定,随着年龄的增大身体会变得不灵活,就好像一颗快要枯萎的树木一样。

面对着自然法则,人类能做的就是让自己变得足够强大,即使自己年龄很大身体也可以很灵活。

目前唯一可以行的方法可不是吃一些特质的药物,而是每天坚持体育运动,不断地不断地提醒身体不要老去,让身体保持年轻,保持灵敏灵活。

体育运动非常的简单,这只需要你按照运动项目所需要的标准动作进行就可以。然后日复一日,年复一年,身体会变得非常强壮,这个是可以肯定的。

我自身在去年的时候身体不算太好,所以需要多休息,但是更要重的是我应该每天进行一定的体育运动。通过每日的体育运动可以增强我自身的免疫力,以此防止病痛来找上我,这是我觉得唯一可行的办法。

我进行过跑步,篮球,俯卧撑,仰卧起坐,深蹲。但是在这其中最适合我的体运动却是负重深蹲,这是一种可以在短时间内达到运动效果的体育运动。

我给自己设定了一定的运动量——每天进行200下负重深蹲,然后需要分组进行,并且中间尽量不能出现长时间的停止。我进行负重深蹲已经三个月了,运动效果我能够很明显的感觉到,很棒。

人活着需要做一些有益身心健康的事情,而进行体育运动则是其中之一。每天进行一下体育运动比夜出晚归要好得多,有些人到了晚上就泡在酒吧里,网吧里。他们已经忘记了身体的健康,身体早已被黑夜给掏空,他们却浑然不知自己离死亡越来越近了。

每天进行体育运动说直白点就是保证我们自己可以活的更久一些,在我们有限的时间内可以有好的身体进行更多有意义的事情,活出自我的精彩。

而我每天最快乐的事情就是坚持体育运动。
