Good Morning
So, here we are to another brilliant and fun day! One of the things that I always thought was important in our everyday exercise was a dependable partner who was as motivated as us. If not for that, you need to be self-motivated enough to do well on your own, much like @rmsbodybuilding. He is not only motivated but even has a site which helps aspiring health enthusiasts with training worksheets. Go check out his Hive blog and then his website. Amazing!
Okay, coming back to my story, I fall in the self-motivated category but do have some days where I would wish I had a right partner. Guess, who turned out to be that partner? Well, it was my 10-year-old daughter. Today, I had a ton of things to complete so thought of taking an exercise break until she came along and insisted that I join her 😊. I complied, and I am only happy.
So, what did we do?
Since I was still busy and yet wanted to acknowledge her effort to get me on with things, I did what she does as a morning routine. Here it is:
- Warm-up: About three minutes
- Dynamic abdominal plank: 45-seconds
- Burpees: 20
- Side planks: 30-seconds each side
- Rock-climbing: 45-seconds
- Reverse cycling: 30-seconds
- Reverse row-hold: 30-seconds
And we did it with quite an intensity. I’ve got to admit that burpees are my nemesis at the moment, though I got through it. 😊
So, here was a successful no-break exercise day, thanks to my daughter. That’s it from me today. I will see you tomorrow.
Namaste!
Also, I wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?
Bijender Singh of India holds the record for most pushups in an hour. He completed 3,877 pushups in an hour, thereby entering the Guinness World Record.
The astonishing thing is that the record was created in 1988 and stands to this day!
So, anyone plans to challenge the record? 😊
