Hi guys, it's been a week since my workout report, I did tried to came back with my report again, but they shut down #cnstm and I have no way to access to my WordPress no more. Anyway, temporary move my workout report to #esteem now, and I will fix my WordPress when I'm back home.
So I did took a day off on Friday, and mind you I oftenly told you how great will it be when everybody need to work and I can enjoy the park all by myself? Finally I get a chance to try it.
The first thing I notice is, the air quality is not as nice as weekend nor public holiday at the middle of the week. It's just not what I'd expect, tehre's so many cars on the road. And the open air carpark which usually has very little to no car, and during the week day does have cars came in early.
From what you can see here, the sky has very heavy clouds and the atmosphere is kinda humid. Not only that, cars kept on passing the road and I'll have to stop and wait for the traffic to clear.
I did not head up the hill because it required me to cross many roads which I don't really want to, due to heavy traffic. Took this panoramic shot at the open air carpark since I looked at the sky and love the cotton candy feel of it.
Last bit of today's update is where my favorite place after workout, which is Subway for breakfast. At first when I reached there, I thought the restaurant is under renovation. Apparently, the road infront is, and the road work has covered the restaurant. So, there's no view for breakfast session, but I'd enjoyed it even there's nothing to see outside.
This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.
