There are only few weeks left of Chaos Legion Booster Pack sale. The next Season may end along with the end of Chaos Legion considering the 25,000 Pack burn that happen every single day.
Sunset in Style Promotion
Instead of creating a raffle where anyone can have a chance at few fancy @splinterlands assets, the focus is on the leaderboard. I'm not opposed to having Top 10 buyers guaranteed rewards. It is good to treat your biggest customers with strong incentives. The problem is that there is no incentive for the smaller investors to participate in this Sunset in Style Promotion.
A minimum of 220 Booster Packs must be purchased to be eligible for 1 Runi. The competition will get tougher nearing the end of sale. The rewards for Top 10 buyers is as following:
- 100 land plots
- 50 land plots
- 25 land plots
- 7 Runi
- 6 Runi
- 5 Runi
- 4 Runi
- 3 Runi
- 2 Runi
- 1 Runi
This is better than having no incentive at all. Without the chance to win an Airdrop, there is no other financial incentive to directly purchase Chaos Legion Packs from @splinterlands
More Interest in Trading CHAOS
Currently, the only reason to not invest via purchasing CHAOS on HIVE-Engine is getting Leaderboard rewards. Whatever the premium that is paid to purchase Booster Packs from @splinterlands must be lower than the value of LAND or Runi that is gained as rewards.
This is the reason I advocate for a raffle to be added the next time there is a sale such as this. It can incentivize small investors to try their luck at winning big and @splinterlands can potentially gain more sales.

These Rewards remind me of the times I used to reach Champion I despite having a weaker set of Cards than I hold right now. The Rewards are better after the Soulbound Cards update.

These VOUCHERs are going to pay for DEC-B similar to the rental income. Most of the SPS remain staked contributing to a larger GLX Airdrop.
Although I believe many things need improvement in @splinterlands, I don't see the ecosystem going down anytime soon. If you feel bad about the direction of @splinterlands, I invite you to take a look at the state of Axie Infinity after its early fame and hype. There is a strong future ahead of us.
