We had the final Airdrop for the investors of Riftwatchers Gems. The Pack burning is keeping the excess supply out of the market and the Riftwatchers Gems are being sold for $4.30 on HIVE-Engine. The prices have held up well compared to Chaos Legion Booster Packs which are being sold for $0.81.

The Airdrop results were very average with nothing to celebrate. I could not even Level Up the 2 Regular Foil Cards to reach Level 2. Inevitable has to reach at least Level 3 for me to see it as a good addition to my Battles.
I decided to keep one of the Cards with me in case I find a use in Brawls or some edge case in a Ranked Battle. The other Card is listed for Rent.

I am very happy to have made it to Diamond II League after a long time. It has been a difficult journey and the Ranked Ratio is not looking all that great But the good thing is that I started out the current Season at a much better Rating. I almost made it to Diamond III already. I end up losing some Battles as I get close to the advancing to the Diamond League.

Diamond Reward Chests are only half as good as Champion Reward Chests when it comes to the chance of receiving Legendary and Gold Foil Cards. But it is 33% better than what I get with Gold Reward Chests and other fungible Rewards come with bigger multipliers when you advance in the Leagues. What I lack the most at the current state is Legendary Cards in my Collection.

Renting Cards is a great way to increase the amount of DEC ownership that is going to be very important when Land 1.5 is released on November 28th. After all the delays we have faced, I am expecting a very polished experienced that is going to impress many players and investors.

As I have stated before, SPS could be a potential $5 Token. I don't expect it to necessarily reach that price target in the next few years. I will be ready to unstake and sell some SPS when the price is above $1. Waiting for the most optimistic scenario to play out is not a very smart move.
If you have staked your GLX Airdrop received for staking SPS, you may have been worried about the Rewards stopping. They have not completely stopped. GLGT Rewards keep coming. I even have a very small Collection of Cards ready for gameplay. I don't expect to enjoy or invest in Genesis League Goals as I would with @splinterlands, but at least I will be earning passive income from staking + Renting (once it become available).
This is one of the worst times to be pessimistic about blockchain and other similar technologies such as DAGs. We have seen a great deal of development happening throughout the bear market and we have seen many months of rising prices. The weak hands have left the markets and there are millions of investors who will jump in when the prices are skyrocketing.
These are very good market conditions. You should think back into the conditions few years ago. You better think about the mistakes you made at the time as well. For an example, I have a history of riding a downtrend to see the prices crash over 99% (eg: $CUB $POLYCUB). Keep your optimism high along with a lookout for market manipulations and volatility as we approach $BTC Halving event. I have some Promo Cards from the 2020 event.
