Sorry, but I tried doing this but it said I was missing some authority or something. I did everything as laid out in the post, so I don't know why it won't complete the transaction. I tried it twice and got the same message.
Can you send a screenshot of this message? Did you get your revolution badge yet? - You can do the mission after you got it.
