Crab is one of my favorite sea-food.
Usually, when I order crab in a restaurant, I often like them steamed.
But this restaurant does it differently.
It actually put the crab in deep-fried oil.
- these are small crabs
- every bite is very crunchy
- look at how crisp they look
And here's the thing: You can eat the legs and shell too.
Isn't this something?
You can't imagine eating crab shells because they are so hard and for sure, you will lose your teeth.
This is why they use small crabs to do these deep frying because the shells are softer.
You can eat them like potato chips!
